Guest Post Guidelines & Link Insertions — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guest post submissions and link insertion requests placed through GuestPostAI (“we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting content or placing an order, you agree to the Terms below.
1) Definitions
- New Post / Guest Post: A fresh article created and published on a selected website.
- Link Insertion: Adding a link to an existing published article.
- Target Link: The buyer’s primary/promotional link (the main SEO/brand link).
- Authority Reference Link: A reputable citation/source link (e.g., news, Wikipedia, documentation, recognized media, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.).
- Internal Link: A link pointing to another relevant page/article on the website where the content is being published.
2) Link Policy (New Guest Post)
2.1 Maximum Links Allowed
- Each new guest post may contain a maximum of 3 total links.
- Posts containing more than 3 links will be rejected or returned for revision.
2.2 Required Link Structure (3 Links)
Within the allowed 3 links, the structure must be:
- Link #1: Target Link (Mandatory)
- Maximum allowed Target Links: 1
- This must be your primary link.
- Link #2: Authority Reference Link (Optional)
- Must be from reputable sources such as:
- Major news websites, official documentation, Wikipedia, recognized tech/media sites etc.
- This link is used for credibility/citations and must be relevant to the topic.
- Link #3: Internal Link (Mandatory)
- Must point to a relevant page/post on the same site where the article is published.
- Example: If your article is published on a specific website, you must include at least one relevant internal link from that website in the content.
2.3 Link Type (Dofollow/Nofollow)
- Links are dofollow by default.
2.4 Link Additions After Publishing
- We may update content formatting, fix broken references, or add internal navigation links if needed.
- We do not guarantee that we will never add additional links in the future (e.g., internal links, editorial references, or site-wide policy updates).
3) Content Standards (New Post)
To maintain quality and protect our publishing network, all content must follow these rules:
3.1 Originality & Quality
- Content must be original and not copied (no plagiarism).
- No spun/low-quality AI content. If AI-assisted, it must be properly edited, accurate, and written for humans.
- Content must be readable, well-structured, and relevant to the selected website’s audience.
3.2 Prohibited Topics (Not Accepted)
We do not accept content related to:
- Adult content, pornography, escort services
- Illegal drugs, weapons, hacking/cracking, fraud
- Hate content, harassment, extremist content
- Payday loans, illegal gambling (unless explicitly allowed by the target site), counterfeit goods
- Medical/health claims that are misleading or unsafe
- Any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
(We reserve the right to reject any topic that may harm our sites or partners.)
3.3 Images & Media
- If you include images, you must have the right to use them.
- Prefer royalty-free images or provide proof of license/ownership.
- We may replace images to meet website standards and performance requirements.
3.4 Word Count
- No fixed word-count limit.
- However, we may request edits if content is too short to be valuable or does not meet the site’s quality standards.
4) Editorial Rights & Publishing Decision
- We reserve full editorial control, including the right to:
- Edit formatting, grammar, headings, and minor wording for clarity/SEO
- Adjust internal linking to match site structure
- Reject content that does not meet our standards or the target site’s niche
- Publication is subject to editorial review and the website’s category relevance.
5) Ownership & Usage Rights
- Once published, the website owner retains full ownership and rights to the content as published.
- By submitting content, you grant us a permanent, irrevocable, worldwide right to publish, edit, display, and distribute it on our websites.
6) Permanence, Indexing & Visibility
6.1 Link & Post Validity
- Link validity: Permanent
- Post live duration: Intended to remain live indefinitely.
- However, in rare cases (legal, compliance, site migration, security, or force majeure), content may be modified or removed.
6.2 Google Indexing
- We publish content on indexable pages by default.
- We do not block indexing, but Google ultimately decides whether/when a page is indexed and how it ranks.
6.3 Category Placement
- Articles will be published under a relevant category on the website, based on editorial judgment.
7) Changes After Publishing (Not Allowed)
- URL changes, anchor changes, target link changes, or major content edits after publishing are not allowed.
- Any such request will be treated as a new order/request.
8) Paid Promo Label / Disclosure
- We do not label articles as “paid promo” by default.
- If a disclosure is legally required in certain cases or jurisdictions, we reserve the right to add a minimal compliant disclosure.
9) Payments
We accept:
- PayPal
- UPI
- US Bank Transfer
- Zelle
- India Bank Transfer
All orders must be paid as per invoice/payment instructions before publishing begins.
10) Refunds & Cancellations (Recommended to add)
- If an order is canceled before work starts, we may issue a refund (minus payment gateway fees, if any).
- If work has started (editing, outreach, scheduling, publishing preparation), refunds is not be possible.
- If content is rejected due to violating our guidelines, we will request revisions. If revisions are not provided, the order may be closed.
Link Insertion Terms (Existing Posts)
11) Link Insertion Rules
- Link insertion is only done where it fits naturally and is relevant to the existing content.
- We do not insert links into irrelevant pages or unrelated topics.
- Inserted links are intended to be permanent, subject to the same rare exceptions (legal/compliance/site changes).
- Future modification of the inserted link/anchor/URL is not allowed and will be treated as a new request.
Listing Blog Premium Placement (Top/Best Posts)
12) Premium Placement for “Top/Best” List Articles
If the article is a “top” or “best” list (products/services/tools/software, etc.):
- The #1 to #3 positions are reserved for customers who pay an additional 100% for premium placement.
Example:
If a regular link insertion in an existing post costs $50, and a customer wants placement in the Top 3, the price becomes $100.

- How many links are allowed in a new post? Max 3 total.
- How many Target Links are allowed? Max 1.
- Dofollow or nofollow? Dofollow by default.
- Do you mark as “paid promo”? No, unless legally required.
- Will the post and link remain live forever? Intended permanent, with rare exceptions.
- Can we change URL/content later? No, treated as a new request.
- Will it be indexed by Google? We publish on indexable pages, but Google decides indexing.
- Who owns the content after publishing? Website owner.
- Payment methods? PayPal, UPI, US Bank Transfer, Zelle, India Bank Transfer.
