Terms of Use

These terms apply to the free tools at wizbrand.com/tools (the “Tools”), run by WizBrand. By using the Tools you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Tools.

1. The service

The Tools are free online utilities — file converters, SEO, text and image tools, and social media statistics. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we may limit how often a tool can be used to keep the service available for everyone.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Tools for anything unlawful, or to harass, track or harm any person;
• upload files you don’t have the right to use, or files containing malware;
• send automated or bulk requests, scrape the Tools, or try to get around rate limits or security measures;
• use social media results to build databases of people, send spam, or for any purpose that breaks the terms of the platform the data comes from.

3. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the Tools. Most file tools work in your browser and never upload your files; the Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF converters upload the file only to convert it and delete it within 30 minutes. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Data from other platforms

Social media statistics come from the platforms themselves — Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), YouTube, X, Pinterest, Reddit and Tumblr — or services that read their public data. We show them as received and cannot guarantee they are complete, accurate or always available. Each platform’s own terms also apply; the YouTube tools are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Estimates such as YouTube earnings or engagement grades are approximations for information only.

5. Trademarks

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, LinkedIn and their logos are trademarks of their owners. WizBrand is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; their names are used only to describe what each tool works with.

6. No warranty

The Tools are provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of important files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WizBrand is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
