Data Deletion

What we keep

• Instagram, Facebook and Threads results (from Meta’s APIs) are kept in a temporary cache for at most 12 hours and then deleted automatically. They are never stored in a database.
• YouTube, X, Pinterest, Reddit and Tumblr results are cached for at most 15 minutes, then deleted automatically.
• Uploaded files (Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF) and their results are deleted within 30 minutes.
• Sign-in: your name and email are kept only in your session and removed when you sign out or the session ends.

WizBrand Tools does not offer “Log in with Facebook” and does not store any Facebook or Instagram user data. There is nothing that stays on our servers longer than the times above.

How to ask for deletion

1. Email contact@wizbrand.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the account or page you want removed (for example instagram.com/yourname or facebook.com/yourpage) and, if it is about a WizBrand account, the email address you sign in with.
3. We delete any cached copy straight away and confirm by email within 7 days. Cached results also expire on their own as described above.

Stop your account appearing in the tools

• Instagram: the tools can read only Business and Creator accounts. Switching to a Personal account (Settings → Account type and tools) stops Instagram from sharing it with any app.
• Facebook: removing your Page or making it unpublished stops it being readable.
• Other platforms: making the account private or protected stops its posts being shown.
